Cushings Disease

I have an 8 year old Dauschand that was recently diagnosed with Cushings Disease...we tried 2 months of the Lysodren treatment, but saw no results. I recently ordered some Supraglan from Pet Wellbeing, and was wondering if anyone else has had any experience with Cushings disease and treament.

Tyler - I don't have first hand experience, but this is the right place to look. I know I've seen posts before about this disease. Keep us updated, the more posts you put out there the better the odds the right person will see them.

Rays to your pup. Welcome to the board. I have no experience with Cushings either. I do hope that you can find something that will help here.

Brenda (Mocha's mom) had a shih tzu with Cushings, and used meds - I'll ask her to check this thread. Her Mocha is the niece of my Brekke. My vet thought Robinton had it, but upon further testing, he doesn't.

01/09/10 Sorry it's taking Brenda a while longer to respond than I thought - she had surgery about 5 weeks ago, and she is still recovering and in quite a bit of pain.
