Zack is 16 today!!!

He made it and actually made it around the ring for the parade of dachshunds at the Badger Specialty last weekend. He didn't whine at all while we were there and he wagged his tail going around the ring. He now has a big rosette with his name on it.

Tonight he gets some eggies with his food and maybe some blueberry yogurt for desert.

We love you Wacky!!!!!!

Wow that shows what a lot of love and great care can do. Happy Birthday Zack and I'll bet there werent' many dry eyes when he went around the ring! Any pictures of him you could post for us? Give him a birthday hug for us.

My great granddoggy Zack made it past the dreaded 15 1/2 years of age BIG TIME!
I bet TWINKIE(his granny and alleged girlfriend) Zelda and Zeke were all up at Rainbow bridge watching!!

Sorry I was not around to give him some raspberries!!(one of his favorite treats!
And YEP when they went around the ring there were some wet faces and A LOT of cheering. He was told oldest of that group by a long shot!!
