Thank you for asking. Surgery scheduled for May 13. Follow up treatment will depend on what they find. Hopefully small and hasn't moved anyplace THINK PINK

I friend and I went to an Arts and Crafts Fair today. One woman had a beautiful collection of earrings called "Wildflowers" Each pair was unique and inspired by the wildflowers of Montana. We spent a long time at the booth, trying to pick out just one pair. The artist heard me say something about wanting a PINK pair..... and from our conversation realized why I wanted PINK. Finally I chose one pair .... not the PINK. When I went to pay for them she GAVE the PINK ones to me ! I stood there and cried .... (picture added)

What a nice lady! There always seems to be some really uplifting moments like this when we are going through our worst times. Gives you a little faith. The earrings are beautiful! I'm thinking of you a lot and will be sending extra rays and prayers on Wednesday. Keep your chin up you will get through this.

Not been around but been thinking and praying for you, Ruth. May the 13th will, at least, bring some answers and a plan of attack. Let us know as soon as you can, how thing went and how you're feeling.

VERY nice of the lady that gave you the pink earrings. Nice to know there are still people like that around. And as for Ellie and her pink attire - you go girl! I just love that scruffy face, no matter what you're wearing!

I think it is wonderful that she gave you the earrings. This is one disease that has touched so many lives and brings so many people together. It also allows people to bestow acts of kindness upon others. I'm glad we have reached a time where we aren't afraid to talk about it. By talking about it, your support system continues to grow.
I'll be praying for you on Wednesday and will have those who are working with me wear some pink that day.

Oh Ruth, I am so sorry to be late in posting. You will be in my prayers tomorrow. Is there someone who can let us all know how you are doing after the surgery?
My mom went through this so we are a big PINK family! The furgirlies in my house will be wearing pink collars tomorrow and I'm going to be wearing PINK for you as well! Hang in there dear. We are all here for you. Hugs to you and special belly rubs for the gorgeous Miss Ellie!
