My good friend Deb is having surgery today.

She is also one of Zena's "groupies". One of the 2 Debs.
She actually showed Zena in one show and took her in for group.  Deb loves acting and said showing her was just like acting.
She does dog training and Zena has had a blast in all of her classes.

Deb was diagnosed with breast cancer 3 weeks ago.  They have determined that it is the kind that travels. So we really hope they can get it all.  She is prepared for the Chemo and if needed radiation.  We have been working like the devil to keep her spirits up and she has been doing well most of the time with her great sense of humor.

We could use some healing rays etc. here for all to go well.  She is in her mid forties and is determined that she is not giving up on her dogs or singing. Hopefully she will only have to have one removed but not sure so far.

Here are mega rays that they get all the cancer, and her chemo isn't too hard on her.  Keep us posted how she is doing, please.

They only did one but still aren't sure about the other one. 

The news isn't the best.
There was cancer in the lymph nodes and they removed them.
It is stage 3, so she will be doing chemo and radiation too.
This will be a long haul so we can use rays, etc for a while yet.

I told her she has to get better by next April so she can keep me sane when hubby retires  :crazyeyes: .

Maybe we need to loan Zena to her a few times.  Since doxies are the best nursemaids around!!  Although if Zena does the Speedy dashing she might trip her or startle her big time!!
