Embedding in a post is not too big for the forum as the video is actually still hosted on the YouTube servers.  :thumb:  Once you upload the video, YouTube should display a section on the right side that has the snippet of HTML that you can just cut and past into your post. It usually begins with  <embed . . . .

You can use the "Insert Flash" button when making the post and just include the URL portion, not any of the code. So for this video it would be
http://www.youtube.com/v/7T6wJuO9WbI

You can adjust how big the video is by editing the numbers the "Insert Flash" inserts. By default it is 200, 400 is easier to view. Look at the box above that says "Code" that is how it should look.
