Patches teeth

I know this sounds odd when I brush Patches teeth it looks to me like she has two top back teeth in the roof of her mouth instead of the jaw.? The bottom jaw seems a little longer than the top jaw also.Patches has had her teeth cleaned twice by the vet one would think they would have said something to me. I would think if the teeth were in the roof of her mouth the roots would interfere with her sinus cavity I may be crazy too. Pretty sure everyone needs their 3 year shots so will ask then when we are at the vets.Since I got Patches as a pet near as I could understand from the people think BYB I got her from one parent was larger than the other. To me Patches does seem to have a little head on a bigger body. At least she has been healthy so far knock on wood.Papbouv
