Read and unread messages

Hey,

One thing about the old board was that the most recent posts were easily identifiable. What's the best way to check that on these boards, if I'm on the main page? On another board I use, which looks similar, they have icons beside each topic. When there is a new post in that topic that is unread, the icon is colored yellow. If there are no new posts, the icon stays the original shade.

Never mind. I figured it out!  :thumb:

The far left icon gets browner and if you mouse on it it says new posts.......

to see messages that are new to you, other than the darker colored icon in the forum list

Is the link up near the top of the board - once you are logged in you can click on the line that says

"Show unread posts since last visit"

and it will bring up a list for you.
