Questions/Suggestions

Hi Kari  - I sent you an e-mail with a couple of questions, but I thought I would post them here also....and I have one more !!!!

1.  Possibly have a Preview box by the Post box on a new message or a reply.  I tried the shortcut Alt-p and couldn't get it to work to preview.

2.  Photo Gallery - maybe have the full size view just a little smaller so the whole picture fits onto the monitor. I LOVE photos and like to do the slideshows - but don't want to scroll from side to side or top to bottom just to get to see the whole picture.

3. Possibility of adding puppers names to a members profile?   This way if you aren't sure who belongs to who - you can go to their profile and refresh your memory !!!!!

All of these things have already had work put into them, I just haven;t implemented them in common view. I'll see what we can do about the first two later tonight. The third is already implemented on the back end, it gets pulled from the database, I just haven't spit it out to the display page yet.

When it is completed the following info will be part of the profile:

Dog Name
Dog Birthday: this will be tied to the calendar so dog birthdays will be announced along with owners on the main forum index page.
Dog Coat: Smooth, Long, Wire
Dog Color
Dog Sex

Each member will be able to add as many dogs as they own to their profile. This feature takes  a little more work so it won't be implemented right away since I still have some work to do. :verdict:

The gallery images are displayed as thumbnails first so you can see the fullimage and then if you click on it it displays the full resolution. This is so that larger images can be used for people's desktops if they like it well enogh to save them to their own computer. :thumb:
