Cookstove Update

Well, after having to cancel our first choice due to the fact that Bosch no longer makes WHITE ranges (can't figger that one out), we ventured out once again. This time, my eyes lit on a five burner, continuous grate LG product. It has almost everything the other one had, EXCEPT the off center burner...which I LOVED, AND this one does not have a convection oven....never had one, so I don't think I'll miss it.

This model has five burners, including power boil and simmer burners, a warming section...I think I'll LIKE this AND a read out that I can SEE. The buttons are touch sensitive....not "membrane" so you can just touch and not push. The oven is large and no nonesense.

We could have got it delivered for next Saturday, but we opted for the week after because next Saturday, Atascadero is having its annual wienerdog races. Can't miss a prime event like that now can we? This week we went to the Wiggle Waggle Walk...just to get the Madderoo in the mood for being around other hounds. She was not impressed.

Anyway, hopefully this will be IT and nothing will go wrong. I did go back on my part about going to a local store. Yep, I did BIG BOX again. The local guys just could not compete with the free shipping (in a mail in rebate) and they didnt carry this brand.

So there you have it. Sorry to bore ya but I just had to share.
