Uh Oh....Mommy broke my house!!

Yep! That's right! I broke Penny's dog house that we have outside

! Drew and I were working on permenantly mounting the PennyCam outside (which by the way is on 24/7 now...unless the router gets hosed) and I was leaning on Penny's house to shove some wires and the side buckled and snaped :verdict:! It still works for now but will leak really bad if it rains and I don't know if it will collapse if she rummages around in the house with her blanket too much. So I went online to see if I could find the same house (it is made by nylabone) but apparently they don't make it anymore

. We really like the size/shape of that one and the only similar one is the "barn" style of the kind at Petsmart. So Drew said that he is just going to make her one

! So we will see how that goes :crazyeyes:!

I can't tell if you think Drew will not have time to make the new Penny Castle, or if you don't think he can make one... :thinik: Sorry your old one caved, Penny!

Poor Penny, first her Princess-mobile gets broken and now her house. What's a doxie to do??? Hope Drew can build fast so the Princess doesn't get wet if you have a sudden downpour!

For the time being we duct taped the sides together...so ghetto!! LOL But at least she still has a house

Miss Penny's house is just.... shabby chic !!!!! LOL - I had to check in and see her duct tape......I got to see Penny appear from the covers, do the frog leg stretch outside of the house and then crawl back in !!!

I think she is hibernating today - the weather is pretty overcast and icky so I'm guessing she is going to hide all day.

We are supposed to get rain today and tomorrow so she is in the house with the doggy door in :thumb:. But we had to wrap her house in plastic since it will leak and I didn't want her stuff to get all wet

Oh my, poor Penny. How about PL300 construction adhesive or hot glue gun w/ extra strong glue stix (on inside of hosue)? They are a little more expensive, but much stronger. Or better yet, epoxy boat repair strips w/ appropriate epoxy? They can patch a hole in a sea going boat! If it gets too rainy, she can flip it over, and use it to float to dry land...

Lurking heavily here, fried hard drive led to other problems....key board and mouse have gone completely nuts...Next week will have to do for repair/replace. In the mean time, lots of multiple letteers and bacckspacinnnnnnng ;o {
