Thanks for the site information.  It is very useful information.  Once I feel safe enough about the pet food supply, I plan on looking for the 5- and 6- star type foods.  Although, my choice of canned dog food ranked in the 4-star category, so I don't feel so bad.  Still Ozzy deserves the best I can afford, so there will be changes in his food coming.

He is bouncy, bright-eyed, and showing no symptoms, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.  I'm hearing that it affected cats more than dogs.

I do hope Ozzy does not have any problems makes you wonder what is up with the food situation not long ago they were saying Benefull was killing dogs ? at least it was on the internet,then people's Spinach so not surprised by the dog food now. I do not feed Grocery store food to my dogs  I have been reading dog food labels for years. This years Whole Dog Journal came out with there list of good foods & not so good foods. You may want to check it out also if you are planing a change. Most of your better quality foods you do not have to feed as much as you other brands so that helps out allot. I feed all three ( well Gizmo does not really count she is so picky) Candaie All Life Stages comes in a 40# bag buy one once a month. May look for tubby (Patches a diet food) feed her 1/4 cup dry food in the morning with 2 little crumbles of Turkey sausage or hamburger or chicken or chicken livers or liver or Ground turkey cooked and fed the same in the evening and she is still too Fluffy.Just do not know about her wonder if sticks are fattening???
