......somehow I had a feeling you'd have a smart @$$ remark about how to move a barn cat!  I just knew it, and I was right!!!  LOL!!!  Pepper is a sweetheart and loves me, she is a purring machine.  When I take the garbage out to the garbage bin, Pepper likes to ride in the wheelbarrel on the way back.

Pepper IS a sweetie.  I am sure if you move her stuff over and Neekie is there she will stay.  I was tryin' to be funny.  Sorry if that sounded smart a**.   :doah:  She will be very happy getting in on the "ground floor" of the mouse situation! (Wish I had her here a  couple of months ago, but three cans of spray foam and a bunch of tin lining seems to have them licked.)

Don't apologize, you always make me laugh!!!

Maybe you could put the bed and all her goodies in the wheelbarrow and stroll on over to the new barn with her?

Thats a great idea.  Pepper loves to go-for-a-ride in the wheelbarrel!!!  When I found Pepper on the streets of Anchorage 4 years ago, as a scrawny, starving 6 month old kitten, she was very friendly despite her rough life.  I actually drove her home in my new Mustang, and she sat on my shoulder the whole way, just a-purring away.  At home, it was pouring down rain so I fixed her a bed, food and water in our crawl space which is accessible from the side of the house.  The next morning she was no where to be found.  I thought 'oh no' she took off.  Turns out she abandoned her bed for the pile of insulation in the back corner of the crawl space, finally coming out yawning and stretching around mid-morning.  I think that maybe she knew a good thing when she saw it, and decided to make our home, her home.  It just could be that she will make the move to the new place without skipping a beat.  I hope so, she is such a neat cat and a real sweetheart.

HA !!! That IS a great idea - have Neeki walk with you and Pepper will know that everyone is going !
