Handle every "Situation" like a dog.
If you can't eat it or play with it,
tinkle on it and walk away.

The vet called said the bx was negative for cancer still has stitches need to take her over to get them removed.
Not happy with the vet though Last time Patches had her teeth cleaned was about 3 years ago but I brush her teeth almost every night if I do not brush them I spray them with Petz Life. For some reason I had wiggled her little bottom teeth solid not loose about a week before the surgery on her rump.I asked the vet to go ahead clean her teeth since they had to put her out any way plus she had about four spots of tarter I could not get off on the top behind the fangs on both sides and a couple of other spots on the back big teeth. I called to check on her they said no extractions I told them did not expect any since I brush her teeth almost every day. When to pick her up they again told me no extractions so said OK took her home had no reason to look in her mouth the next day the vet office called to see how she was they do that all the time. I asked when I could start brushing her teeth again they said that day well that night put her up on the wash machine to brush her teeth I had a fit she had two bottom little teeth gone. I was super mad next morning at the vet's the vet gave me the song and dance story of how he does not like to pull teeth and when he cleaned around them they fell out  I do not believe it not one minute since i had tried to wiggle her bottom little teeth not a week ago. The reason I did that was the 1st dog I start brushing teeth was my 7# Papillon she had lost s tooth front bottom then I found out I was suppose to brush her teeth so I did she never lost any more teeth she lived to be 14 1/2 yrs old all her teeth except the one tooth on the bottom. I could maybe see one tooth falling out but not two + I brushed the little teeth in front due to the Papillon loosing a tooth in that area. I was told little dogs had more teeth problems than big dogs?

How has Patches been doing since the surgery?  Hope all has gone well.  Did you find another vet, or are you going to stay with the one you have?
