My longhaired girl is 13 today.  She is napping now, after she and her siblings had those traditional birthday scrambled eggs.  She was born about 3 weeks after my Heidi-Angel had crossed the Rainbow Bridge, and I first saw her adorable puppy face in July 2001.  Then I realized she shared Heidi's birthdate, so I negotiated and had her flown from Texas to LAX on September 2, 2001.  If I had waited 9 more days to have her flown, it wouldn't have happened, and who knows how long it might have taken to get her here?  :occasion13:
