Bonnie's post surgery progress report

I just wanted to share Bonnie's progress on her toe. My sweet little girlie is doing GREAT! Her Vet says it looks very good and rebandaged her. He stated that if the bandage falls off in a couple of days, she'll be fine without one. The healing is coming along extremely well. YAY!!!!

Bonnie sez:  I'll be super duper all better when I don't have to wear this dumb cone of shame and get fed those Aunty Byotics that make me sleepy.

Well done both of you. What a relief too.  Do hope the bandages and cone are off soon and Bonnie continues to do brilliantly.  What a brave girlie.

FINALLY, we are seeing the light at the end of the surgery tunnel.  Bonnie gets her stitches out on Monday and then only a few more days of wearing the cone of shame.  She has been the best patient through it all. Even her doc says she's been very very good. 

So, when the bandage is removed on Monday, we will see the new toeless Bonnie Wienerdog.
