I got hit by a car

its embarising, I was waiting to cross the road, and was going out  in a car par space so I kept to the front of the park  space at the rear of the car on the left. I stepped out at the same time a woman in a large 4x4 zoomed in. I jumped back onto the pavement , I knew I had knocked my left hand and thought nothing of it. Till that night when I could not straighten my pinkie....went to dr, then x-ray....its called a mallet finger, I've knocked the top of the joint closest to the nail and that means the tendon is not attached. So I have a finger splint on for 8 weeks, and hopefully it will reattach, if not they have to sugically put it back.
Not painfull just annoying, plus I'm always sticking it in my face. I can still drive my pony, quilt and embroider,and most of all use my cameras

Rays to your Pinky keep on top of it Buddy messed up my Pinky ER doctor just looked at it never said if it was broke or not in a splint but never healed right. Hope you rs will heal back with out surgery.

That's so scary, glad you are overall fine Roberta, sending more rays. Any update on your finger? Hope its fully healed now..
