I made up a recipe!!!! LOOK! Les' Mexican Lime tortilla snack

flat tortilla strips, regular or blue corn the ones about 2" long and 1" wide
whipped cream cheese
cumin & chili powder
jalapeno pepper to taste 
jar lime curd.
any decorative green you want: cilantro, green onion, etc

Let the cream, cheese soften a bit in a bowl.
Chop the jalapeno fine
Mix the jalapeno into about a cup of the cream cheese. Add a tablespoon of cumin and a teaspoon of chili pepper with a pinch of salt.  Blend well.

Using a ziploc bag for a pastry bag, top each tortilla strip with a line of cream cheese.
Spoon some lime curd into a small glass jar and GENTLY heat it in the microwave --about 5 seconds--and add a spoonful to each.
Top decoratively with cumin leaves or thinly cut green onion.

These were a big hit at my girlfriend's house on Christmas Eve. I used about 8 oz of cream cheese and three oz of lime curd and got about 30.
