Ollie I don't know wots about bank and house stuff, but I fink waiting until spring to move would be better no snow den and fink of all  da nice mud you can get into.  Mama and I hope dat eberything works out for you and your mama.  I want a doggy door too.

We totally agree !!!  Spring would be the PERFECT time to move..... We are   that you win the new house !  :thumb:   We gots a doggie door, and we use it ALOT !  Little timid Holly has mastered it and LOVES being outside....Mudder goes out a zillion times a day making sure all is ok for us in the yard !!!!

Grrrrrrr .... still no word yet.  There is supposed to be some indication by Friday,  if they are even going to look at my bid  ?!?!?!?!??????????????????????????????????????????????  I guess this is what short sales are all about.

When the kids were looking for a house last year (they started looking in January, found a house they really liked and it was a short sale.  They put an offer in on it in January and heard absolutely nothing (they were the only bid) back.  Their offer was even higher than the asking price.  After waiting and waiting, they started to look again in March, found another house (that was not a short sale) in April and closed on that house by May 1.  They pulled their offer on the first house.......short sales can be a pain and their responses in trying to find out what is happening is nothing!  We wish you luck, Ruth!

 BUT Mama put a bid on this  YARD ........ same neighborhood and backs up to the same park.

Yea!!!!! Merry Christmas, Ollie!! And Ruth! It's always fun to buy a present for yourself, and this was a big one. The yard looks fantastic and that view from the deck is awesome. Ollie is going to love it and have a great way to use up some of his energy. So happy for both of you!!!
Schatzi says the only thing bad about that kind of fence is not being able to see who the voices belong to on the other side of it. It's okay, though, you can still bark and let them know you are there (and she does, believe me!).
