We spent it at the beach, different beach than before, this one at my sis in laws there were about 40 people or so there, family and friends, Hallie had a full weekend and was a very tired little girlie when we got home Monday night. She got to be in the parade again, last year I pushed her in her stroller, this year we got to ride! We were all on teams of 4 and we had competitions on the beach, I'd hand Hallie off to the nearest trustworthy Hallie holder when it was my turn.

It was about 73 the day of the parade, the day before at the beach it was windy and not so warm but I loved it. I will try and sneak you a few degrees of warmth, they have tons of wind they can share too!  Yes someone grabbed my camera and took pictures, in the shots of Hallie looking at the people along the streets we were on a "float" everyone cheered as we went by and I'm sure she figured it was all for her. Kids would run over from the crowd to pet her I wish I could have gotten some pictures of that. She slept through part of it as we got towards the end of the parade route she was a limp noodle in my arms. But a happy noodle. 

Darcel everyone says it looks like she can see no one can really tell just by looking at her. I'm sure she can't though. She looks up at me a lot still though I hope she never forgets how to do that.

Yes Kelly that is Hallie's mom's ugly mug! I don't like being in front of the camera I like being behind much better lol.

Today we are going to a big Pet Expo I'm taking photos of some friends and their performing Friesians and Hallie and I are helping another friend at the pit bull booth...then this weekend we are going to the dog show both days, and tomorrow evening the STP Bike ride some friends are riding in. And a photo shoot with some Shelties Sunday am. I like keeping Ms Hallie busy and happy so she rests more at home and doesn't have to struggle so much trying to get around like she used to. I still haven't left her home alone since this happened except one quick trip to the Dr and a friend stayed with her then. So that is my next hurdle yikes. I'd like to be able to leave her home if it's hot out and I have to do a quick photo shoot or for the dentist and stuff. Right now I have cancelled my dentist app't but I did get permission to bring her in to the Dr with me which is a huge help!  :thumb:
