Many years ago I saw a program on a local television station about an artist named Mary Fisher.  Mary made the most beautiful collages and did so for many years.  A few years ago I found out that Mary had contracted the AIDS virus from her then husband, but with the wealth of drugs has survived and become a tireless advocate for the cause.  Mary also helps African women who are artisans and sells there work on her website.  Ad as of late Mary is designing quilting fabrics, check out her website for more info:
