Well, as of today, the people who adopted Annie are not budging to return her to her rightful owner.  My county is on fire about this subject.

Now, I'm wondering if the people are thinking it's cool to be in the news. That is just cruel. The poor man. I'm sure his heart is broken. I love to see a people pull together like this.

Looks like Annie may be heading home at last! I hope the new owners follow through and get her to Chuck soon. This was definitely a case with a lot of misunderstandings and misinformation. I think Animal Services has probably changed the way they do things now. Maybe the next update I see on Facebook will show a picture of Chuck and Annie together again.

I certainly hope so Teresa.  I don't know how much more of this Chuck can take.  Annie NEEDS to be with Chuck.  Chuck, bless his pea pickin' heart, needs to be with Annie.  I was just home for lunch and was heading over to the Annie FB page for any updates.
