Danni here,

I am one year old today, so I am a big girl now, but still mama's baby.   I didn't come to live wif mama fir 4 and a half weeks, stupid cuzin of mama's, but I am gwad no one took me.  I wuv to eat carrots and dat is the secret word in our house.  I also love to chase my ball and any stuffie you throw for me.   Mama says I get a new stuffie next week once she gets up to da store.

It's hard to believe that Danni is a year old already.  When Eddie went to the bridge I vowed no more dogs, but when the sight of all the dogs in Greenwich Village tugged at my heart I knew I needed a new baby to love.  So when I got home I called my cousin and asked if she still had the puppies and happily she did.   And when I picked Danni up and saw she was so tiny it was like what did I get myself into, but Dr Cindy helped me get her to 6 weeks and then the fun began and has never stopped. 

Cute story My cousin Gail came over a week or so after Danni came home and took a picture of the baby dog to show at a family birthday party.  I later learned that when people asked her how big Danni was she told them as big as the picture, LOL. 

Anyway she's a big girl now, but still my baby and will always be.

NOOOOO....not even close to being an adult dog...pretty much most dog aren't fully grown until they hit about 2 years old
