I gots the wobbles. :ambulance: My back right leg is doing da toesy flip, and I kinda sway like I waz tipsy. I'm eattin' da passover Science Diet, but I don' tink dats got any booze in it an' I should know - dey don' call me Guinness fo nothin'!

An' Auntie Karen is mad 'cause I jumped off da bed! So dat waz kinda dumb, huh.

She's talkin' 'bout krate rest. I don' know what dat iz, but i don' like da sound of it. I'm takin' a nap now. My back hurts. :temp:

Dis is Danni mama says that Aunti Karen should get you Sanburg's Lincoln cuz it's a multi volume set and you can read one a week duing your unfortunate incarceration. Bet Dr Leaky could team up with Floyd Abrams to get your sentence reduced.

Sorry about your wobbles, dearest Guinness, Auntie Karen is surely right about the crate rest.

It´s not all that bad, you promise to STAY STILL, you KEEP STILL and you GIVE YOUR BEST DACHSIE "LOOK".....then you request ROOM SERVICE every 20 minutes till you get your freedom back.
Nothing but 5* service is acceptable. At 15 you deserve 5* room service anyway, right?

Get well soon, little man, and don´t ever jump and shock Auntie Karen again.

Guinness,hope your back is better soon crate rest time will fly by just make sure your momma does walk you a little bit in the house on non slick floors twice a day.Maybe gently work with your front legs a little maybe even your back legs. The reason why I say this at 15 total in activity would be his down fall for sure got to keep the joints moving at that age. What you do not use you can loose at that age.Talk to your vet I'm sure you have really tough call that is for sure.Guinness hope you feel better soon a get out of jail free card would be nice about this time that is for sure.Rays & Hugs licks from Patches & Buddy

Oh dear. We're sorry to hear about your wobbles. One thing you can do to make your incarceration more tolerable is to gives your mommy da L@@K and maybe you'll get more tweets and snuggles. We hope you feel way bettah weel soon.

Oh no I hate to hear this poor little guy! Is he in pain Auntie Karen or just lost some of his motor function? Being 15 is hard enough without added stuff on top...I hope he's doing better every day and his attorney can spring him early!

At first he was in pain, whining if I rubbed his spine or his right rear leg. Now he just wobbles and I am keeping him quiet. :pray: The main change in his life is that I have removed the stairs he uses to get up on my bed, so when he is in my bedroom, he can't get up on the bed. :nono: He has donut beds all over the place (they were on sale a couple years ago for $5 each and I bought eight!)

Dr. Leaky is on the case. Of course, after his last jail break - leaping from FIVE feet above the ground - he may be excluded from the courtroom!

Ohhh baby....well it's good he isn't in as much pain now, we just want him back to his 100% self! Wow $5 donut beds, that was a FIND. When I first got HaLlie we were in a pet store and she jumped into this big donut bed that was on the floor and would not come out for anything. I would call her and she'd sit up and stretch her little front feeties at me as if to say noooo Mom I WANT it!!! The sales lady took pictures of her and put it on their wall....so I paid $80 bucks for the thing, brought it home and she wouldn't get into it for all the treats in China...

Oh yeah I think Guinness might need a new attorney, it's too bad it isn't the judge that had made that maneuver, that could play to his favor, but since it was his lawyer...find the guy that helped make the glove not fit! :thumb:

Iffn I'm on her bed an' I wanna get down I just go near da edge an' whimper.

Iffn she's asleep, I might give a little yip.

Den she lifts me up an' GENTLY puts me down. Den she goes back to sleep. I goes to da baffroom, mebbe eats a bite of din-din, gets a dwink, den when I'm ready to go back to sleep, I goes to her side an' yips 'til she picks me up. :wink: She always gibs me a big kissy an' a cuddle and den it's back to nitey-nite! :thumb:

AN' . . .tonite she gibbed me Passober macaroon tweets! Dey're pwetty good! A guy could get used to dis!

I am SO SORRY to hear of the wobbles and the threat of CRATE PRISON. Believe me, I FEEL YOUR PAIN. But it sounds like you are training Auntie Karen to do your bidding so congratulations for that! I hope you continue to feel better and get many many treats of all kinds. Silly humans say laughter is the best medicine but I say it is HAM.
