Over the years, my furkids who have gone to the Bridge have all come back to me in dreams.   These dreams always seem a little more real than your normal run-of-the-mill-I-went-to-school-in-my-pajamas dreams.   Usually, they appear individually.   Max-angel has made the most visits.   Last night, my original trio appeared at the same time:  Rudy, Max and Rusty.   The dream was that I was able to bring them back to life and had to explain to everyone how I had 5 dogs.  (those three and the Zs).    The Zs never met Rusty.  Zeke wasn't even alive and Zora was a mere pup.   However, the Zs did know Rudy & Max in "real" life.

When I woke this morning, the Zs were in their crate.   Zora was uncharacteristically uncovered (she usually snuggles beneath the blankets).   She was sitting there staring at me.   I looked down at her and as our eyes met, I asked alound "You saw them, too?".  I know Zora couldn't answer, but she looked at me like she understood.

See?  Our best friends never leave, but stay in our hearts and dreams.

David Angus is out only visitor, I think it was the way he went. I used to see him in Melbourne, just a glimpse of gold going through a door or round a corner, I thought he might have stayed there, but the other day one of the treat balls rolled across the floor of it won acord....................so he came with us.

I have never  dreamed about Sam or Eddie, but I do know the kitty angels are still around.  After Fluffy Angel went to the Bridge the other cats used to stare toward the bedroom door just about the time Fluffy would announce it was time to go to bed.  Sometimes though I think Danni has a guide helping her along because she will be very wild then suddenly stop and wait then calm down.  I think the boys are glad I got a new friend and even more glad they are not there to have to put up with a puppy.
