I have been awol

dis is Parker: I has been awol. I is so so busy dis summer. I have a new summer job. It's guarding da pool. My job is to make sures nobody dwons, or is running on da deck. So far, so good. Dere is a "running" pwblm but I has it under control. I barks real loud when I catch dem running. I also barks real loud if dey is splashin. I works at my job all day and all nights. I can't waits to go to bed at da end of my shifts. Sometimes I goes to bed before all of Mommy and Daddy's house guests leave. It's a hard job. 

Parker's Mom here: We have been so busy, that I barely have time to read the board let alone post. Anyways, we have been having a great summer.  Porky - you need to get feeling better, and I sure hope Jethro, renamed Murphy has a long and loving life. I have really enjoyed reading everybody's posts, and will try to leave comments when I have time.
Parker has been great. He is not get much rest these days as we have a lot of visitors over the summer, and Parker takes it upon himself to make sure he doesn't miss anything. He has also assumed pool duties. Who needs a life guard when you have tattle tale Parker on duty.

Parker, it sure sounds like you have a wonderful job and you are very good at it!!!  How fun...and what a wonderful summer you and your family are having   It is great to hear from you and we hope that you might be able to post more when summer activities calm down....

We've missed you buddy!!!     I'm glad you have a fun pool to guard.    We hope your life slows down a bit and you can post some of your great advetures on here.   Porky is feeling great now, he's drugged up still, but is almost back to his normal self.  He's getting into troubles again, so he has to be feeling much better!!
