Muy Caliente Frida

A few pictures of Frida in her travels of the front yard this afternoon. It was 106 degrees here in Bakersfield, so she was not running around too much. She has been feeling under the weather lately and has been a little sensitive with one of her front paws. She has had plenty of couch rest and a trip to the vet. She has a new RX for performance enhancing steroids :) and has been on the verge of frisky with her new "vitamins." We have a check up next Tuesday and I will keep you posted. Here are a few pictures of her sleeping under the AC vent on the couch and a few of her journeys in her front yard "jungle." Enjoy!

Please be careful and do not leave you Fur Kid on any kind of steroids for very long some steroids have bad effects,hungry all the time.gain weight,drink allot of water which could be hard on a older dogs kidneys.Example: My sister was put on steroids for about a year now is a diabetic the drug messed up her Pancreas. Just be careful.Papbouv

Thank you for the kind thoughts. We are not big on giving our fur kids steroids, but knew it was necessary for Frida. Her RX protocol is for less than 10 days.

Oh my gosh, Frida is SUCH a doll! She has the cutest face. Pretty little girl. I'm sorry to hear her little foot is bothering her did she injure it? She is obviously a very lucky and loved pupper. :thumb: Willie cracked me up too LOL he looks like he's hoping someone might turn the hose on him. Thanks so much for sharing these I love the photos of your kids, post more anytime!

Hi, Frida and Willy! We are glad to see you are relaxing in the yard or snoozing on your couch. We are also sorry you have to take pills - not a big favorite around here, either! We have been bombarded with guys working in our house, and Momma won't even let us assist, because she says dachsie supervision is more expensive!
