Why is it that most Dachshunds are hungry all the time more so than some breeds these Dachshunds act like they a starving. Any one have any ideas on it?

     scent hound.

I read that a bloodhound can smell a drop of blood in an Olympic-sized swimming pool.  Stands to reason our guys can smell that donut crumb under the kitchen rug  :-)

Wet me cwarify for you.   We ARE starbing!!!  We don't jus act like it.   I let my mama know in no uncertain terms, dat I need da more food!   I sit by my food container and whimper, eben if its right abter supper.

    Romeo is the same way hungry all the time.  If I let him he would eat all day long lol

FOOD????  Did someone mention da FOOD?  We luv da FOOD.  Any FOOD all da time! 
How are we supposed to get a good nap in when our stomachs are growling from da starvation?  Huh?  Huh?  It's not like we can just go get in the fridge when we want da snack!  We gots to have someone give us da FOOD and who are da hoomans to say when we gets hungry?  Do we tell DEM when to eat?
Now dat I, Oscy Sanders have THAT outta my system I gots to see if mama will give me da BACON treat!  I'm HUNGRY!

Finnegan isnt really like that.. unless it comes to meat of any sort. But for the most part he doesnt beg for food unless its right in his face.
