It's About Time!

Every night I when Mom puts me in her big bed, I run right to her pillow and curl up on it. It is soft and I like it. And every night she is very very rude and steals it right back from me, like it belongs to her or something. And I pout all adorably and pace around grumbling at her but it doesn't matter one bit. MEAN MOMMY. I have to be content with curling up under the blankies cuddled up next to her while she pets me and gives me kisses and tells me what a good boy I am. (OH THE HUMANITY. I mean - THE CANINITY).

Anyway, yesterday she finally wised up and went to the store and bought me my very own pillow. Extra poofy and extra soft and extra smooshy and perfect for curling up on and sinking down into and it is MINE ALL MINE, right down to my very own special soft cotton Scooter-only pillowcase NO HUMANS ALLOWED. Ha! We went to bed last night and I settled into my new spot and stared at her all triumphantly, knowing she wouldn't dare oust me now.

It is a good thing to be me. Also, GOOD JOB, MOM. (It's about time)

Good for you Scooter way to hold your ground. lol lol I am so happy you have your very own pillow that is so cool. Maybe your mommy can take a picture of it and share with us what it looks like. Enjoy

Thank you Laura and Romeo! Maybe if I poke Mom with my snoot a bunch of times when we go to bed tonight it will remind her to take pictures of me and how IMMENSELY CUTE I look all curled up on my new pillow.

Way to go, Skooter! It's tough and tiring on us to train our hoomans to do things the way we WANT them to----the way they are suppose to do things---our way, not theirs!! Sarge & Duggie

Scooter I has one that says "Princess Hallie" on it...you could get a "Prince Scooter" (or even Prince Charming!) and we could sleep on our pillows and dream about each udder!

What a great idea! I am going to tell my mom she needs to get my pillowcase embroidered right away. Some of my Uncles have a sewing machine that does this; so certainly they will be happy to do this for her (and for me!)

Princess Hallie, I will be thinking of you and my little heart will skip some beats! Your mom is clearly very smart to know what a wonderful little girl she has!

Well Fin I do not blame you. Mom necks are very good places to rest your head! And we have to stay vigilant so they don't sneak off anyplace without us. Humans can be TRICKY.

I try and get my mom to take pictures but she is both forgetful and very distracted with human busy stuff. Which is, of course, not nearly as important as I am, so I fail to see why it is taking her so long. PICTURES, MOM.
