We have been up here for a week now, and most days we put in there door so they can go out to be good boys and girls. Yesterday and to-day it finally twigged that if we go out the front door they can run through the house go out their door and see where we are going. To-day at 730AM the electricians turned up, a whole day early, so I went out to speak to them and 10 sec later they were out at the end of their run barking. So after weeks going out the door and making them go through theirs its finally sunk in.

Ha-that's very funny.  My problem was that Murphy would follow Winston outside and then back inside, but then Winston would disappear back outside without Murphy being aware and he couldn't figure out on his own how to get back out  :idiot:

dis is Parker: I don't gots no doggie door. Momma says no doggie door for me cause I'm nots alowd in da backyard wif out adult supervision. Dere is a gwet big giant pools backs there an sometimes I gets excited chasing squirrels and takes da dirrect woot across
the pools. Is only happened once, but Momma says once is once to often. I fwel in and didn't wik it. I'ms more careful now, but Momma says there will be a doggie door when dey gets a safety cover for da pool. Den I can run across it an be in the backyards by myself.

Peter you have  a very sensible mama.
We have always had doggie doors, but this one is one that is in a sliding door and not in perminantly, we would never allow them out whem we are not here, but for some reason it took a while for them to get the hang of it....................photos to-morrow of their latest exploit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
