I think she has a bladder infection.    :bandaid:  She's been urinating in her bed and on our bedroom rug--which she NEVAH does and acting weird in the middle of the night.  Send  that  it's a simple, treatable UTI, please.

Sure sounds like a UTI.   Zora's housebreaking habits are near-perfect, except when she has a UTI.   Then she lets it fly.

hmmmm, well, the dip stick--which I guess is the Ph measure--was "negative" so they ran the white blood cell count.  Count was okay, but the WB cells themselves were a little large and stuck together, so the sample will go out to their lab.

Hmmm, vet sent us home with ONE anti-botic pending test results.  Weird.

more  please, for simple UTI or other simple infection and not something horrible and systemic.

Do you know when you will hear back from the outside lab?  It generally takes a day or two I know, but it'd be nice to have an idea about it.  Hope the abx work to take care of the problem regardless.  Let us know!

Aaarrrgh--will not know until tonite or tommorrow.  The lab is in New York. (We're just outside Philly, so Wth?  )
Meanwhile Zuzu was fussin' again last night and would not quit until she got in the big bed. 
They have both been outside all day as I wash windows and siding.  Zuzu killed a really big mole. They started to growl at each other so it went over the fence. (I was half expecting the thing to come back to life and jump up my arm.)
Now she is barking at turkey vultures the little pooper.  She seems well enough until late at night after they go in their crates and then it's asking for walkies and big bed. ????

Doggone it I hate when they make you wait for test results. Don't they know us doxie parents WORRY????????? We'll worry with you Les, let us know as soon as you hear something. I'm sure things will be just fine but it's always a relief to hear it.

One thing about UTI's does not take much of a antibiotic to feel better fast the only down turn is sometimes it is hard to get rid of.Hope it is just a UTI nothing worse more Rays coming your way.
