Michelle and I have had dachshunds in our home for over 8 years now. We have had the best times with our gang of weinerdogs, each and every one.

The loss of Pedro has hit us very hard. He is the first dog we have lost in all these years, and it is still painfull to think about or talk about.

I have created slideshows to help get the word out about rescue and handicapped pets.

My latest slideshow features every photograph that I took of our late great Pedro with a wonderful musical background. I believe it to be a perfect reflection of just how special he really was. Pedro was with us for exactly 2 months, long enough for me to take 86 photos of Pedro.

WARNING: You WILL cry if you watch the slideshow. I hope you enjoy it.

Handle every "Situation" like a dog.
If you can't eat it or play with it,
tinkle on it and walk away.

That was a wonderful tribute to Pedro doing that writting about him the things he did will help you heal it is so hard to loose a Fur Kid any time any reason. They are never here long enough  for us,we just have to know in our hearts we again will meet at Rainbow Bridge where they are whole again running free. You may have only had Pedro a short time be he knew he was loved and he loved you back you tell it in the pictures he was happy.Very sorry for your loss.Papbouv

We are so sorry to hear about Pedro.
You have created a beautiful tribute to him.
He was very lucky to have you for the last 2 months and I know he must have enjoyed his new freedom with the cart.

Wow, Paul....  I am having a hard time with words right now...  That was a beautiful tribute to Pedro!!  It hit me hard, because now I know...  I know what my Boo would of looked like with some stylin wheels, if he would of made it that long...   Pedro looked almost identical to Boo!!  I was in tears at the first picture...  Pedro looked happy, and we know how much he was loved...  And, it looked as though he didn't mind carrying the extra weight from his wheels at all...  God Bless you & Michelle!!!  You have such big hearts!!  I wish I could take in fosters...    R.I.P. sweet Pedro, we will all miss you very much!!!!

Paul~ I have attached a couple photos of my Boo..  I can't believe how much he & Pedro looked alike...  Amazing...
Hugs, Prayers & Love to you, Michelle, James, and the furkids.....
