I've been lurking here for awhile. I finally posted in general writings, so I think I should take a moment to say hello. I'm owned by 2 smooth red's, a boy and a girl. Both are spoiled rotten but have they have also spoiled me with all of the love they give.

Welcome!  I have been a member here for several years and absolutely love this site.  Not only are the members very friendly, but also so knowledgeable of the Dachshund.  So if you have a question, just post it and someone will have an answer.  The Gang (Oscar, 10 y/o SH silver dapple; Bonita, 13 y/o SH red; and Trooper, 8 y/o SH B&T) and I live in southern New Jersey.  Two of my three are rescues.
