Just a little Maddie and Bonnie story

Yesterday morning, the girls turned up MISSING!  I couldn't find them anywhere.  Finally (d'uh) I bent down and looked in Bonnie's crate.  There they were, all snuggled up together.  What a moment, considering Bonnie 'bout bit the Roo's head off when Maddie tried to climb in Bonnie's crate when Bonnie first came here.

Today, I had to pen both of them in the laundry room because it was meter reading day and our meter is inside the gate.  I had been putting Maddie in the short xpen and Bonnie in the crate.  Today, I just rigged the x-pen so that I could shut the door to the laundry room and put them in there together with a shared bed.  Must have been a good arrangement because I got home and both girls were each in one piece. 

What good girls my doggers are! 

We're still working on getting Bonnie used to our kissing her on top of the head and on the belly.  She flinches when WE kiss HER but she has NO PROBLEM soggifying us.  She has quite the tongue.  :)

Awwwwww Sandi - that brought a big ole smile to my face !!!  I knew it was a matter of time before the girls bonded !!!  And Bonnie will blossom and have new awwwww stories all the time !!!!
