Da BIG Wind

Wez got dat bad storm on Wednesday and Thursday that dumped four feet of snow in South Dakota!!  Luckilly, we didn't get too much snow, maybe 2-3 inches.  It was bad enough to keep my hoogwandpa fwom coming home from werk Fwiday morning!!  :crazyeyes:  I sat by da door and cwied till he got home.    What we didn't get in snow, we got in WIND!!!   Dat wind was horrible and knocked out our power and took out our internet and local tv stations for all of Thursday and part of Friday.   Dat wind howled louder den me and Bandit!!!    Now, dats loud.   

I almost forgot to tell eberybody dat all da pine twees in my favorite park got stwipped by da wind!  Da only good fing about dat was it made a kewl sound when I ran frough da leaves and pine needles.   Mama sez it mighta killed some of dem twees.     I hope not, I like to hide under dem and expwore.

Well, my goodness Porky Pie, I'm glad you were inside with that wind came.  You could have landed in the next county or even the next state.  Sounds kind of scary!

Wow!  We too are glad you were inside all snuggly and warm.  Glad also that your hoograndpa got home from work finally and was safe and sound.  It would be a shame if the wind killed all those pretty trees....At least you didn't get a couple feet of snow!!!!!  Hope you and your family stay safe little buddy :thumb:
