Under the big bed.  I am grossed out of my mind!  Dead bird...no feathers.  NOT PRETTY! 
The three of them kept wandering into the bedroom so I followed them.....and there it was!  I moved all of the furniture and scrubbed the floor while the three hunters watched.   The looks they were giving me were priceless!  YUCK!
I am hoping they go back to lizards!

YUCK! YUCK! YUCK! At least you found it now and not later. It could have been even worse. Isn't it funny how the little hunters couldn't keep their secret after all? I'm glad to know that Toby is feeling so much better and part of the family! Just hope he isn't the one teaching the others about the birds and how to hide the evidence. If so, it could get interesting around there! Give them belly rubs for me anyway and try to get the word out to the birds somehow to "Beware the Doxies"

LOL!  I needed a laugh this morning.  The good thing is that you found it before it was eaten and before it started smelling or petrified or something.  That would be gross...

Oh, NICE!!!  And so funny how they're just SO proud of themselves!  I had the unfortunate opportunity to watch Beemer (the dapple one) go after a baby bird that fell out of his nest this past summer.  There was nothing I could do for the little guy once I got Beem to drop him.  I had to bang a broom on the porch to get him to let it go.  There were two more babies in the nest, and since the parents had nested in a hanging plant I move that to the frontyard.  At least it didn't get brought in the house!
