I rented them thru Netflix, there are 5 or 6 of them, and they are really interesting and very helpful.  I have been using the "SHHHH!" method and its working!

Oh Patty - thanks for the tip !  I do the Blockbuster mail thing - I will check and see if they have them !!!!  Glad it is working for you !!!!  Not sure if mine will hear the Shhhhh over the barking

Check out his method......he snaps his finger and then says shhhhh.  I clap and then say shhhh.  Its working, I have gotten the boys so they aren't going beserk when I come home or Dan comes home.  (Oh, they still go beserk, but this method quiets them down, even though I have to do it 3 or 4 times while I am unhitching the clips on their pen)   When Dan comes home I have him greet the head dog (me) before he even looks at Willy and Alex.
