:thinik: We don't celebrate Halloween, but we DO celebrate Purim, a Jewish holiday celebrating Queen Esther saving the Jews from destruction by the Persians. :thumb:

Our costume two years ago - what else?  Little "Beau" Peep, complete with blond pigtails and a yellow gingham dress, and "her" three "sheep." :2funny:

They were adorable!  Sadly the pictures were on the stolen Mac from last year's burglary.  Boo Hoo!

I'm doing much better with dachshunds and rabbits."

Franky will be wearing his annual red-cape (devil- cape minus the horn hat).  I plan to sew on a big "S" for Super Frank, the dachsie super hero.
Delilah does not, or should I say will not wear anything.  I have to settle for a bow or bandana every year.

Brekkesmom

Lol!  Why not give her a bow that has a bit of a wig so Delilah can be "Lady Godiva"?

I'm thinking of dressing Schatzi up this year for the first time. We didn't have anyone come to the condo's where we lived before, but I have a feeling we will have children at the house this year. I'm going to look for something for her and pray that she will tolerate it. If not, a bandana will just have to do, and I may see who on here needs a costume!

That is the cutest thing ever Kari.  I love it.  Kirby was a tootsie roll last year.  And we went to the contest at petsmart and what do you think won.  Another dachshund in a hot dog out fit.  geeze.

The 4 at my house will probably be dressed up this year for the first time! Fritz as Elvis Presley,Manny as a horse with a cowboy riding it,Blusky as a bumble bee and Annie as Pocahontas. We found the costumes at a petco on the way to the Midwest Dachshie Fest since they have a costume parade.

Kathleen

I have costumes, but sadly, they're too big.  And I can't sew

So either I buy new costumes, or I find someone who can alter the ones I have for me.   I have a dinosaur that was supposed to be Murphy's, a pumpkin that was supposed to be Reilly's (last year-might actually fit her now) and a spider that was supposed to be Winston's.  Hmm.  Maybe I can put the dinosaur on Doc-he's 18 pounds  :thinik:   If Reilly fits in the pumpkin, and I can find someone to alter that spider for Winston, I can just buy new costumes for Murphy and Millie.  Mil will probably just need a cute halloween collar until she gets bigger anyway.

Hmm.  Well, if I get them into costumes, I'll take pictures.

PattyInAK

Willy and Alex here -- we will be wearing the Halloween bandanas that Auntie Barb made for us.

Chilie has this thing for motorcycles.  A few weeks ago my sister and b-i-l came over on their Harley.  Chilie went nuts barking and running all over the front yard.  Must be the noise.  Anyway, she has a little Harley Davidson t-shirt and leather Harley hat, so she'll probably go as a Biker B--ch!  Maybe I'll get her a spikey dog collar to complete the ensemble.  LOL!
