Good Thing Patches stayed home with her Daddy

Patches stayed home with her Daddy since he was off today,Buddy & I went to Petsmart just to walk around and look. Then we went to Pet co which is right down the street there is a Dog Food Rep there that knows us. She was talking to Buddy we were just standing there close to a support beam which had a Fire Extinguisher hanging on it.The Fire Extinguisher just fell from the wall if Buddy had not been so fast in jumping out of the way it would have hit him.I did get a little tiny scrape on my hand from it just glad Buddy knew to get out of the way. That leaves me wondering how did he know to jump out of the way he was not on a down or sit stay so guess he heard it come loose???. The manger came over picked up the lady I was talking to told him what happened.All he said there were kids in there earlier pulling stuff off the shelfs just running wild in the store must have loosened it. I'm just so glad Buddy is ok as heavy as it was may have killed him or injured him badly. If it would have been little Patches dead for sure so glad she stayed home with Daddy.

That is terrible.....thank goodness you and Buddy are okay....must have been scary for you!!!  It certainly is a good thing that Patches stayed home....Someone must have been looking over you
