It was drawn by Pablo Picasso who was challenged to draw it using only one line.  He added the dot for the eye as a flourish. 

His model was his beloved dachshund, Lump, who was immortalized in the photo book Picasso and Lump.  I used a picture of Lump standing in the door of the photographer's bat-wing Mercedes in the youTube video I made "Guinness - Road Warrior"

I had to pry my fingers off the mouse to keep from clicking "add to cart".  Stop showing me this stuff - I'm an addict, you know!!  LOL!!

Randy first found out about the Picasso and Lump story and told me about it. Now when I see this drawing I fall in love all over again. Meghan is leaving this weekend for grad school. I wonder if I can get a sympathy gift? Of course, I guess I would have to buy him a sympathy gift, also, since he is going to miss her terribly. He has really had a lot of fun with her at home this last year.
