Stinky Baby Dog Update

Hi gang!
Kirby seems to very sloooowly be improving.  He is kenneled at night, and for about 5 hours during the day.  I come home at 4 so he sits on my lap then for most of the evening.  He is eating okay, wags his tail - but I can tell when he's rested he tries to be more active.  Then of course in true doxie-fashion he over does it.  Why take the ramp when the steps are right there?!?!?  One of us has to watch him every minute he is not in his kennel.  We are on week three, and he is still on pain pills.  We are on vacation all next week so he will have lots of "down time" and supervision.
