Here are the Rules or Nevers of Physical Therapy. As time goes on, you will realize just how true they are! Enjoy!!!

               Ten Laws of Physical Therapy.

   1. Never say you can't because you will do it anyway.
   2. Never say "It's easy" because we'll make it hard.
   3. Never say "I want to go home" because you'll just stay longer.
   4. Never lose count because you will start at 1 again.
   5. Never complain because we'll never listen.
   6. Never argue because you will never win.
   7. Never scream or cry because it only encourages us.
   8. Never look like you're enjoying it because we'll put a stop to it.
   9. Never hold your breath because if you pass out and die, we'll have to do paperwork.
  10. Never lie or cheat because we know the truth and you'll live to regret it.

Teresa......LOL!!!  I will keep all that in mind.  My first session went well, with one problem......my physical therapist is a young and good looking guy.  And he massages my neck......AAARRRGGGHHHHHH!!!!  Its so hard to relax.  See, I am one of those people who would never go for a massage because I can't stand to have people......especially people I don't know......touch me.  Is that wierd or what???   I am definitely one of those people who will hug people but to have someone MASSAGE me!!!???.......yikes!!!

And that is a BAD thing ?????  Whoa.... sounds like you will be needing therapy for a LOOOONG time - Lol !!!!!     Hey, I have never had a massage or a pedicure - can't stand for my feet to be touched and I am not so sure about a massage......  Sure like a good back rub though !!!  Let us know how it goes !

Ok - I guess I am weird - I love to get pedicures and I have yet to find someone (professional) who gives a massage and I have to say "ease up".   I guess it's the pampering - what can I say? :apls:

I have never had a pedicure, but would love to schedule one.  Found a great salon here in Wasilla that does everything, including full body mud masks.  Holy cow.   :meme:
