Thanks, you guys, for all the good thoughts, prayers and testimonials. I will be heading into Anchorage in a couple of hours, so I am tying up loose ends around the house. I am going to really miss Willy and Alex, who have been loyal, faithful and glued to my side for the past 3.5 months. They are in good hands, though, Dan will be off work until Tuesday.

I hope everything goes smoothly this afternoon and you awaken with only minor surgical pain. My prayers will be heading in your direction all evening. It will be 9:00 here before your surgery gets started! Will you have internet access once you get to the cabin?
