The "Treasure" Hunt

Here's a good one.........
So DH sometime wears earplugs to sleep at night (no not because I snore LOL).... they are those bright orange disposable ones.  Well, when we got up in the morning there was a fresh PAIR on his nightstand.  When I went to make the bed later that morning I noticed there was only ONE.
UH OH!  I asked him about it & we both ended up looking all over...under the bed, behind the table, under Delilah's bed, etc.....no earplug to be found.
So we figured that someone had a "snack".  I quickly check the packaging & they are non-toxic, so whew... now just a waiting game.
I thought for sure it was Delilah and we ended up poking around with a stick at each potty trip!
I'm proud to announce that Franky left a bright orange deposit this morning....LOL!  I could see it from across the yard.
For some reason DH did NOT want it back & I had to restrain myself from taking a pic & posting......
This time I think I've finally lost my mind LOL

The one of many joys of owning a dachshund is doing a "Treasure" hunt.  You never know what valuables you may find.

Ken keeps his ear plugs in the nightstand drawer...after losing several Patches.  At first we couldn't figure out where they were going until one day...  the evidence was in front of us! 

Amazing what these little guys will eat.
