Had a greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeat time in Florida!

Had a great time in Florida last week! Question for Terri Sanders! Did your area get down into the 20's last Wednesday and Thursday?It did in Orlando!
           But the best part of the trip was when my family and I went to a place called Gatorland and my nephew and I sat on an alligator! It was neat to do.Don't worry there was a worker right there with us.There was alot of people wanting to have a picture with the gator!
          Then on Thursday (Jan 3) we went to Discovery Cove and my nephew got to swim with a couple of Dolphins.He said that was something neat to do!   :thumb:

Welcome back, Kelly.  It sounds like a great vacation.  I am very jealous of your nephew.  Swimming with dolphins is on my "to do" list.

Kelly, glad you had a wonderful time .  I am jealous of your nephew too!  I heard Discovery Cove is totally awesome and would LOVE to get to swim with the dolphins :meme:. 

I remember going to Gatorland when I was a kid but we weren't allowed to sit on an alligator at that time....wow....how exciting!  I did however get to taste Gator last year (we have a restaurant here called Papadeaux's which is cajun; seafood, etc) and I really can't describe to you what it tasted like.....

Anyway, so happy you are back.  If/when you go to Florida again, you gotta swim with the dolphins too!  Pictures, please!!!!

Hey Kelly...sounds like you guys had a great time!  What you experienced with the cold temperatures is our two day winter.   It wasn't quite as cold here but it typically stays a bit warmer on the west coast where we are.  Glad you had fun in the sunshine state!
