Hi! I just wanted to introduce myself and Stewie. Stewie is a little over a year and is a short hair, red mini-dach. He is the most amazing little guy!! I didn't know much about dachshunds before getting him, but now I am hooked. He is incredibly loyal to me and kind of likes other people :)

Welcome!  I, myself & Cali, are Newbies, too! Cali is SO loyal to me, too. I thought our Golden was loyal-no way, not like my little lady, Cali is. Had I not had a cat named Shadow in the past, Cali could've easily been named that! She's also my first Doxie and ohmyhgosh-I am LOVING  it!!! Stewie is adorable!!! If you look in my Pic Gallery, you can see Miss Cali! Again-WELCOME!!!

Welcome !!!!   I too didn't know much of anything about dachshunds when Rudy was adopted from our local shelter.  I quickly became obsessed !!!!  8 months later, Brandy was adopted through one of the local rescue organizations to keep Rudy company.    Look forward to hearing more about Stewie !!!   (Love the name !)
