We don't have any "moved-in" pictures at the moment.  When we moved in we didn't have internet access and no way to download pictures so we stopped taking them.  Next time I straighten up the house, I will take some.  Enjoy!

Don't you just love Picasa Web. It is a really easy way to share pictures. It is also how I edit a lot of pictures. If I need to do anything more complex, I use Photoshop, but for the easy stuff, Picasa does the job. I really need to set up a few albums myself. It may have to wait until my laptop comes back from being repaired since most of my pictures are there.
I was thinking you didn't take many pictures after you moved in since you didn't have the computer online. I'm sure we will all be a little more patient. I still love looking at the way they did your house, especially how they completed the inside before putting the siding up on the outside. I had wondered how they would adjust to the Alaska winters and I found out! Hope you are having a great Monday. We are having rain today, but that is okay with most people. It has been so dry this summer and fall, and it has finally helped the temperature to drop into the upper 60's. I'm ready for it to stay in the low 60's or upper 50's.

Most builders around here get as much of the outside stuff done before winter, then they can work inside.  Makes sense.  I love Picasa too, they make it so easy to organize photos.

House is absolutely Beauuuuutiful!!! I absolutely adore country homes such as that.  (used to live more in the country.)  So peaceful!  Will there be a yard for the doxies???

Also had to mention -- love the Ford Escape as well!! (I am in the process of looking for one as we speak.. cant wait to get one!)  Nice choice!   :thumb:

Thank you Mae.  The doxies will end up with a "yard" that has an invisible fence.  They love our rustic backyard but need to know how far they can go.  For instance, going into the corral is not a good idea.  We will not be putting in a lawn or a fence.  We are leaving it natural.  In April we spread around wildflower seed in all the areas, and have flowers blooming all summer.
The Ford Escape is an excellent car, there is nothing it can't handle.  And it has a nice tight turning radius, makes for easy parking in tight spaces if necessary.  I love mine.

Patty, your house is just beautiful.  What you did with the flooring in the kitchen and hallway is really cool and so different!  How did you come up with that idea?  I can't wait to see pics of the house fully furnished!
