How We Spent our Vacation

Hello everyone, Zora here. Sorry it took so long to post these piccys. When Dad, Mom and Jessica went to Ocean City, we got to stay with our friends Crystal, Travis, Christopher, Cory and Alex. Crystal (their mom) likes to take lots of pictures, so here are a few...

Here I am with Alex:

Here is Zeke being silly with Cory. If Cory and Alex look alike, they should...they are twins. We're told they are fraternal, but they sure look identical to all of us. Even our hoomom and dad can tell them apart (Zeke sure isn't being shy either!):

Some interesting twin information: The only way to determine if twins are identical is with DNA testing. Twins can be monochromatic or dicromaic and be identical. If they are monochromatic they are identical. If they are dichromatic, they can be either. They can have one placenta, two placentas, or two fused into one placenta and be identical. The best predictor or whether or not they are twins is their mother! Research from the University of Minnesota showed that in 75% of cases, whatever the mother says turns out to be right.

I have dichromatic, two-placenta identical twins.
