So sorry to hear about your aunt, DD. And on top of it all, a remodel going on in your house when you'd probably really like some peace and quiet. I know you will treasure all the Mondays you and Hallie went walking with your aunt. We never know how much time we will have someone special in our lives. After losing Misty so suddenly last February, I kicked myself in gear and really started appreciating every single day I have with our horses, cat and of course, Willy and Alex. They are all so precious to me.

You guys are the best, thanks so much. The hospital just called me and said my Aunt just passed. My cousin is on her way down, and I just talked to my uncle, thanks for the prayers and good thoughts she was an amazing lady and Hallie will miss her too she got a lot of spoiling from her Aunt. She always called Hallie "Short Cake" .

Oh, Dee Dee.... I am sooo sorry... I will pray for all of you tonight.... It is sometimes hard to let them go, even when we know we have to... I am finding it very hard with my Gramps... Only a matter of days now with him... My heart goes out to you and your family.... Sending hugs, prayers, rays and love your way from Idaho.... And, special puppy kisses an belly rubs for Miss Hallie....

Thanks everyone, we are spreading her ashes this Saturday. We are going to this spot (pic below) where I happened to have walked Hallie in August about a month before my aunt passed away.

I got a call at 7 am 3 days ago that another Aunt passed away! Her funeral was today. I wasn't as close to her as I was my other Aunt, but she was a really neat lady and it's just sad to be losing them. At least they are older and lived a good life unlike most of my familiy who we lost between 39 and 49 yrs old (Mom, brother and sister) (except my Dad who made it to 83).
