I thought I would share with you all that this last Friday I weighed in at Weight Watchers and finally hit a total weight loss of . . .

100.2 pounds!!!

O course, I still have another 120 pounds to lose, but I sure feel good!

I started Weight Watchers in January 2006.  Had a stroke in March 2006, another setback in September, then another TIA this last April.  I lost 75 pounds in the first seven months, then took five months to lose five pounds!  I didn't just hit a plateau, I built a condo on it and moved in!!

It's taken another five months to lose the next 20 pounds, but slowly slowly I'm losing.  After all, I didn't get fat overnight!

A very big congratulations to you!!!!
I know only too well how hard it is to take the lbs. off.
I keep saying I have to do it so I can show Zena, but so far it hasn't worked.

That is fantastic!!!  Losing 100 pounds is a HUGE feat!   Way to go!!!   :meme:  At my job I see people get disouraged so easy when they hit that "plateau" they want to give up.   The key is to just keep on going.  You will reach your goal as long as you keep working hard!   Great job!!!
