Mat-Su Borough accepted our DOMINGO'S GARDEN neighborhood plat!

We have a public hearing to go to on October 4th., and if all goes well the neighborhood goes to Recording. (I think this is how it all works) Then the Borough will inspect the road and hopefully give it its blessing. We will then complete the refinance of our house on 10 acres instead of 40, and get those three lots up for sale.
Dan is going to make the neighborhood sign. I'm going to pick the font and work up lettering templates on the computer. Whew! We're almost done!

Woohoo - and such a beautiful name, too! No offense to the namers, but it beats the "Kip's Way" and "Zelda", in my neighborhood all to pieces!
